After months of preparation I'm finally on my way to start of the Transcontinental Race. You'd think after surviving the Tour Divide race I know better but I guess not. It's a bit embarrassing how last minute the planning went and hopefully I have everything covered. We'll see when I turn on my GPS and start following the red line.
I'm currently in Vancouver waiting for my flight to Amsterdam and then it's on a train to Brussels. Hopefully the bike also gets to Amsterdam. Otherwise I'll be riding some Dutch cruiser to Turkey.
